Ethic

Our Ethical Charter has been written for all SAFRA employees. Thus, it defines the behaviors to adopt and the rules to respect. All of this in the respect of our values, the laws in force, and the interests of the company.

Respect

One of our core values is respect for people. Therefore, employees are expected to share common values and goals with their colleagues and to work together in a safe and stimulating atmosphere. To this end, our employees follow rules of good conduct that are communicated to them upon their arrival.

Ethic

We condemn all forms of active and passive corruption. Fraud, dishonesty, as well as any criminally reprehensible behavior, are strictly forbidden within SAFRA. This is why all our employees are committed to respecting and enforcing these rules internally. But also when they are outside of their workplace.

As far as suppliers are concerned, a Responsible Purchasing Charter has been created to communicate SAFRA’s values and expectations to them.

Protection

It is important to note that SAFRA has been committed since its creation to providing information that is more transparent and accessible to all, creating value for the companies and their stakeholders. Thus, employees may have access to confidential or sensitive information. They undertake not to use or communicate to anyone else any privileged or confidential information.

We place great importance on protecting the data of a number of individuals. In particular, those of our employees, customers, suppliers and others. For this reason, we have adopted common principles that are grouped together in the Privacy Policy for the personal data we collect.
