The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (referred to as “TOU“) is to provide legal guidance on the terms and conditions for making the site and services available by SAFRA MTP and to define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the services by “the User“. 

These TOU are accessible on the website under the heading «Legal Notice & TOU». 

SAFRA declines all liability for damages resulting from the use of the information on this website. Therefore, you are fully responsible for your use of this information.

Article 1: Access to the site

The site allows the User free access to the following services: 
  • Presentation of SAFRA Public Transport Equipment and its two activities: SAFRA Constructor and SAFRA Renovation.
  • Presentation of the SAFRA Constructor activity and its various skills and services: design, manufacture and marketing of Businova-branded buses.
  • Presentation of the SAFRA activity Renovation and its various skills and services: mid-life renovation, interior and exterior renovation, major maintenance (bus, metro, tram, rail), etc. 
  • Contact Form
  • Access to the press area with the latest press releases, press reviews and press contact
  • Access to the News area which lists the latest news from SAFRA Public Transport Equipment, which brings together the latest news from SAFRA Constructor and SAFRA Renovation.
  • Presentation of company commitments and values
  • Access to career space and job offer
  • Access to the list of company partners.
The site is accessible free of charge in any place to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the User.
