The La Rochelle Agglomeration Community wished in May 2012, to fit out a “bicycle bus” to allow users, to transport their personal bicycle in the rear part of an articulated bus. Safra responded to the call for tender and delivered the first bus of the firm tranche on 16/07/2012.
Safra, always listening to its customers, confirms by this type of realization its know-how in the field of the renovation and the transformation of buses. This type of transformation is subject to the “Réception à Titre Isolé” from the DREAL. We cultivate this know-how which is also used on a daily basis, for the specific arrangements for Users in Wheelchairs within the framework of the application of the law of February 2005, applicable on 01/02/2015.
