The General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU)*

Preamble

The purpose of the present general conditions of use (called “GCU”) is to provide a legal framework for the provision of the site and its services by SAFRA and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the “User”. 

The present GTU are accessible on the site under the heading “Legal Notice & GTU”. 

SAFRA declines all responsibility for damages that may result from the use of the information on this website. Therefore, you are entirely responsible for the use you make of this information. 

Article 1: Access to the site

The website https://safra.fr allows the User to have free access to the following services: 

  • Presentation of the SAFRA company and its four activities: construction and marketing of hydrogen buses under the Businova® and Hycity® brands, retrofitting of buses with hydrogen, renovation and heavy maintenance of passenger transport vehicles, as well as customer service.
  • Presentation of the Manufacturer activity and its various skills and services: design, manufacture and marketing of Hycity® brand buses.
  • Presentation of the Renovation activity and its various skills and services: mid-life renovation, interior and exterior, major maintenance (bus, metro, streetcar, rail)… 
  • Presentation of the Retrofit activity.
  • Presentation of the Services activity.
  • Contact form.
  • Access to the press area with the latest press releases, press reviews and press contact.
  • Access to the News area which lists the company’s news.
  • Access to the Blog area to follow articles on our fields of activity.
  • Presentation of the company’s commitments and values, as well as the QRSE.
  • Access to the career space and job offers. 

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense. 

Article 2: Data Collection

The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information in compliance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms. The site is declared to the CNIL under the number 1452071. 

Under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his personal data. The User may exercise this right by sending an e-mail to rgpd@safra.fr. 

Article 3: Intellectual Property

The brands, logos, signs and all the contents of the site (texts, images, sound…) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by the copyright. 

The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents. The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly forbidden. 

Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express permission of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement punishable by Article L 335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.
