The Community of Evreux, operator of public transport in the city of Evreux, has entrusted SAFRA with the renovation of 36 buses in its fleet, following its call for tenders.
This project started on May 20th. The vehicles are transported to SAFRA by carrier, and the convoys will follow one another to allow the company to work on 2 vehicles in parallel.
SAFRA’s Industrial Bodywork department, specialist in the renovation of public transport equipment, will proceed to the complete sanding of the vehicle, then to the global painting with the application of the new graphic charter.
Each vehicle will be immobilated for 15 days (including delivery), with completion scheduled for February 2010.
The first vehicle will leave SAFRA’s workshops on June 9th.
