The Union des groupements d’achats publics (UGAP) is France’s “generalist” public procurement agency, which offers more than 1 million products, including electric vehicles. In the mobility category, a range of vehicles from 3 manufacturers was selected to offer electric buses. The advantage of using a central purchasing office for the acquisition of new transport equipment is that the customer has easy access to the product, without having to conclude any contract. It is also for the public purchaser the interest to have a unique commercial interlocutor, and the settlement, on his behalf, of possible litigations.

It is therefore a real commercial opportunity for SAFRA Constructeur to appear in the UGAP catalog. The UGAP urban range for electric public transport vehicles offers lengths, autonomy and locations that meet all the needs of customers, in terms of accessibility and respect for the environment. It is therefore quite natural that SAFRA Constructeur has been selected in this call for tenders. The electric Businova range perfectly meets the demand with its 3 different sizes: Midibus S (9.5m), Midibus L (10.5m) and standard (12m). The proposed autonomy is important, and varies according to the chosen battery pack. The interior layouts are flexible and can be perfectly adapted to customers’ needs. Finally, all Businova vehicles are connected to our customers’ Fleet Management System (FMS), allowing real-time monitoring of the vehicle’s operating data. And always, a unique design for the Businova, which does not fail to seduce the customer and the user!
