On Wednesday 17 April, the Occitanie Region officially inaugurated the region’s first retrofitted coaches at the SAFRA production site in Albi. In attendance were Carole Delga, President of the Occitanie Region, Michel Vilbois, Prefect of the Tarn, Christophe Ramond, President of the Tarn Department, Stéphanie Guiraud-Chaumeil, Mayor of Albi, Vincent Lemaire, President of SAFRA, and Thierry Baig, Deputy Director of ADEME Occitanie.
🔋 With a range of 500 km, 15 coaches will benefit from this engine conversion and general makeover, to switch to zero-emission mode.
🌱 Our H2-PACK® kit was approved last March, after several months of tests and trials. This major milestone launches the series production of these coaches, and we are particularly proud to have been able to demonstrate our expertise this morning in front of all these guests. It was also an opportunity to highlight our technical partners, such as OP Mobility and Actia, who were present at the event.
