🚆 New contract won for the expertise of a Citadis 402 tramway train set in Grenoble.
In anticipation of the mid-life renovation of Grenoble’s CITADIS trainsets, M TAG has entrusted SAFRA, in co-contracting with Vibratec SAS, with the complete expertise of the structure of a trainset.
Our know-how and expertise on this type of project:
👉 Unbundling of the trainset and preparation for conveying (carried out by Augizeau TE)
👉 Complete dismantling / reassembly
👉 Analysis of structural parts (detection of cracks and/or corrosion)
👉 Rendering of a complete inventory of fixtures for the remaining 50 trainsets:
🔎 Monitoring actions
🔎 Possible reinforcements
🔎 And an estimate of the remaining service life.
The equipment was received at our industrial site on May 24 to start operations.
The trainset will then be instrumented by our partner Vibratec, for testing on the Grenoble network.
