For the second year running, SAFRA will be taking part in the national DuoDay event, which takes place on Thursday November 23.
In France, 12 million people are disabled, and 1 in 2 people will be affected by a disability in their lifetime, either temporarily or permanently.
Being disabled doesn’t mean not being able to work. Thanks to a number of adjustments, it is now possible to be recognized as a disabled worker (RQTH) without being professionally disabled.
The national DuoDay event aims to facilitate meetings between companies and people with disabilities. This initiative promotes a new perspective on the employability of individuals with disabilities. It’s an enriching experience both for those exploring a company or a profession, and for employees, who have the opportunity to transform their perception of disabilities at work, which are often compatible with employment.
