SAFRA has just obtained the ISO 9001 version 2000 certification for its industrial bodywork activity.
Issued by an independent and Cofrac accredited certifying body, SGS ICS, this standard certifies the efficiency of the organization, the conformity of the procedures and the control of the production in the processes of renovation, repair and fitting out of urban and public transport.
By implementing this quality policy, SAFRA meets the international standards in quality management.
The process approach allows SAFRA to engage in an efficient quality approach. The following processes have been audited and certified: purchasing, maintenance, human resources, environment, safety, management, continuous improvement, as well as the renovation, specific design and production processes.
The obtaining of this certification rewards the efforts made for several years by SAFRA’s management, which notably created a quality department in 2002.
